We are licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS).

I have a bad credit score, am I still qualified?

Yes, our loans are asset and equity based. The best thing to do is give us a call or come talk with us and we can figure out what type of loan will work best for you.

How do I qualify for the loan?

How long does it take to get approval for the loan?

We can provide money fast!! Depending upon many factors, our normal funding time frame is 14-21 days. Every loan is handled on a case by case basis and we know that time is of the essence. We will get you funded as quickly as possible, with the borrower and seller all working together.

What if I have a foreclosure on my record?

Many factors apply to qualifying for a private money loan and even with a foreclosure or short sale in your past. You still may be able to qualify for a private money loan. Our loans are based upon the real estate property itself, and secondly, the borrower.

What States/Cities do you fund in?

Most US cities and States, some exceptions apply.

What Credit Score should I have to qualify?

We do have minimum FICO scores to qualify, but our loans are asset based. Which means we can still fund your loan even with low scores based on the real estate asset and equity.

What would happen if I didn’t pay my loan on time?

If you do not make your required loan payments. Late payment charges, interest increases, loan modifications and/or lastly, foreclosure proceedings could apply.
